• How quickly can you get us set up?

Most businesses are live within 5–7 business days. Timeline depends on your plan and A2P 10DLC registration, which is required for business text messaging and takes 5–7 days minimum.

• Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts required. We do ask for 30 days notice to cancel so we can properly offboard your system — but there’s no 6-month or 12-month lock-in.

• Will this work with my existing phone system?

In most cases, yes. Dimona works with your existing business phone number. Note: missed call text back and Voice AI cannot run on the same line simultaneously — we’ll walk you through the best setup for your situation.

• I’m not in Arizona. Do you work with businesses in other states?

Absolutely. We serve businesses across the U.S. Most of our setup and onboarding is done remotely, so your location doesn’t matter.
